Q: When I click to play a video, it skips and stutters. Is there anything I can do to help this?
A: Yes, this is a common problem streaming video on the internet and it varies depending on your internet connection speed and traffic to our servers. The best thing to do when this happens is to pause the video and wait for the entire video to load (watching the grey progess bar at bottom). After it is done loading, it will play smoothly. This will also help scrubbing to any part of the video.
Q: I'm having trouble getting some of the tabs to load. How can I fix this?
A: Certain web browsers may have issues loading the pdf files. The easiest way to fix this is to right click the actual link to the tab and then select "save target as". This will save the file to your computer where you can then open it with Adobe or another program that can read pdf files instead of your web browser.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel just login and click the cancel link in blue under the “Your Payment History” menu. This will redirect you to PayPal where you will need to login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription to "Fingerstyle Guitar Lessons" or "Beggining Guitar Lessons" depending on the subsription you've purchased.
